Annual Election

The Annual Meeting of the Crestwood Village at Frederick Homeowners Association will be held on Monday, May 5, 2025, at 7:00 PM in the Clubhouse. On that day, voting will take place for the Board of Trustees, Activities Committee and Clubhouse Funds Committee.
 

A call for candidates was made in the March issue of The Village Voice.  This year we need: 

• Three homeowners for the Board of Trustees. 
• Three residents for the Activities Committee. 
• Three residents for the Clubhouse Funds Committee. 

“Meet the Candidates” will take place at the Community Meeting scheduled at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, April 22, 2025.

Three voting options are available for Homeowners in good standing (one vote per address).  ALL VOTING OPTIONS ARE CONFIDENTIAL.  

PLEASE NOTE: 

• There are three ways to vote. You may choose one.
• ALL VOTING OPTIONS ARE CONFIDENTIAL. 
• Only ONE vote per address.

1. ONLINE VOTING 

• Online voting does not allow for write-in candidates. 
• Online voting begins Wednesday, April 23rd at 9 AM.
• Online voting ends Monday, May 5th at 4:00 PM.
• Online voting requires two steps:

                  1)  Between Wednesday, April 23rd and Thursday, May 1st, 

                        click here to request a ballot. (Link available April 23rd)

                  2)  You will receive an email with a link to your ballot within 

                        2 business days. Complete and submit your ballot.

2. ABSENTEE VOTING

• Absentee voting begins Wednesday, April 23rd at 9 AM.
• Absentee voting ends Friday, May 2nd at 4:00 PM. 
• A homeowner can request an absentee ballot by calling the Clubhouse.

3. IN-PERSON VOTING ON ELECTION DAY 

• Election Day is Monday, May 5th at the Clubhouse. Voting hours are: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
